Platinum ($1,000) — Entry fee for 4 golfers, sponsorship of one contest and signage at that hole; company flyer/samples in swag bags. 

Gold ($500) — Entry fee for 2 golfers, signage at one hole, company flyer/samples in swag bags. 

Silver ($250) — Signage at one hole and your company flyer in swag bags. 

Bronze ($100) — Acknowledgment in our program and during banquet; company flyer in swag bags.
